Company know-how for teams and AI agents

See how your company actually works.

Galdo learns how your best people work, shares that know-how with your team and AI agents, and shows you what's ready to automate.

Under the hood: hybrid retrieval across seven signals (vector, BM25, atomic fact, temporal, entity graph, concept boost, semantic bridge) fused with intent-aware Reciprocal Rank Fusion, atomic fact extraction, and prompt-ready profiles. Model-agnostic and US-hosted. Free tier: 1K writes and 10K searches each month, no credit card.

The rules your team follows live in a few people's heads.

The rest is scattered across Slack threads, ticket comments, and email. The wiki goes stale, search surfaces the old answer, and when someone moves on, the reasons go with them.

Galdo learns it from the people you choose. Install the Capture browser extension for the people whose judgement you want to keep; they can see it and pause it, and Galdo turns how they do the work into step-by-step procedures with the source attached. It runs only on sites an admin allows, for people who agree, and it never logs keystrokes, reads the clipboard or takes screenshots. Text typed into a field is redacted on the device and cut to 200 characters.

Wikis and docs

Written once, rarely updated. By the time someone needs the page, the process it describes has already moved on.

Search across tools

Finds every message that mentions the topic, including the decision that was reversed last month. It can't tell you which one still holds.

Galdo

Keeps the decision, the exception, and whatever replaced it, tied to the thread or ticket where it happened, and ranks what's current higher.

From everyday work to answers you can check

I. Keep what matters

Galdo pulls the decisions, exceptions, people, and dates out of everyday work, and keeps a reference to where each one came from.

II. Track what changed

When a newer decision replaces an older one, Galdo marks the old one as superseded and ranks it lower. It stays on record, so you can see what it was and when it changed.

III. Ask, and check the source

People ask in Slack, agents ask through the API or MCP, and answers come back with the observed work behind them.

Built for the moments know-how usually walks out the door

The answer already exists somewhere in your tools. Galdo helps the next person, or the next agent, find it. All use cases: https://getgaldo.com/use-cases

  • Operations — the current rule and every exception, with the ticket or thread it came from.
  • Sales & accounts — discounts, custom terms, and side agreements, linked to where they were agreed.
  • AI agents — agents check the current rule, and its source, before they act.
  • Onboarding — new hires ask how things are done here and get the thread behind the answer.
  • Handovers — whoever takes over can ask why things are set up the way they are.
  • M&A integration — keep an acquired team's decisions answerable while the integration runs.

Answers you can check, not just trust

  • Answers show their source — each result points back to the message, ticket, or doc it came from, so anyone can check it before acting on it.
  • What's current ranks higher — a decision that was replaced is marked superseded and sinks in results. It's kept, not erased, so you can still trace how things got here.
  • Ask what changed, and when — ask how a process worked before the reorg, or what changed since last quarter. Dates and order are kept, not flattened.
  • Small facts don't disappear — long threads become short, reusable facts without losing the people, dates, or source they came from.
  • Find the detail, not just a similar paragraph — Galdo searches meaning, wording, facts, entities, and time together, then combines the evidence into one ranked result.
  • Limit what each agent can see — connect an agent over MCP and limit it to the containers it needs. Workspace isolation, scoped API keys, audit history, and US hosting are built in.

What Galdo reads, and what it doesn't

Have a security questionnaire? Send it to security@mnemohq.com for answers within one business day. Trust details: https://getgaldo.com/trust

  • Only the sites you allow — Galdo Capture runs only on the sites an admin allows, and only after each person agrees in their own browser.
  • Visible and pausable — Galdo runs as a lightweight browser extension. Employees can see when it's recording and pause it any time. It never logs keystrokes, reads the clipboard, or takes screenshots, and never records passwords or payment fields. Text typed into a field is redacted on the device and cut to 200 characters.
  • Walled-off workspaces — every query is scoped to your workspace. API keys are scoped, hashed at rest, and revocable.
  • Encrypted and US-hosted — Encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Export and deletion requests are supported for GDPR and CCPA.

Your rules, your servers.

For teams that need it to pass security review: hosted with single sign-on, or self-hosted on Enterprise. Talk to sales: sales@mnemohq.com

  • Your identity provider — sign in through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect provider. Enterprise adds Require SSO and SCIM: remove someone in your directory and they lose access.
  • Your servers — run Galdo's memory, dashboard and API on your own Linux servers with one Docker Compose install, backups, restores and upgrades included.
  • Your AI keys, or none at all — bring your own Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Anthropic keys, or run a local model; with a local model, memory and AI calls never leave your network.
  • Air-gapped if you need it — offline mode runs with no route outside your servers, enforced by the network. Nothing is downloaded at install, and Galdo sends no telemetry or calls back to us.
  • Self-hosted today covers memory, the dashboard, the API and AI. The Capture browser extension and the MCP server connect to hosted Galdo.

Give your agents the same memory.

What your team's memory knows is one API call away. Write to it, search it, and get a reference to the source back with results.

When memory goes wrong, you should be able to see it.

Once people and agents rely on it, company memory is infrastructure. Galdo gives your team the health, usage, audit, and delivery history needed to work out what happened without reconstructing it from logs across three systems.

Use the tools already in your stack.

Seven packages published on npm, so the memory Galdo builds is one import away from any agent you build.

The packages: getmnemo, getmnemo-cli, getmnemo-mcp, getmnemo-anthropic, getmnemo-vercel-ai (AI SDK 4.x), getmnemo-mastra (Mastra 0.4.x), and getmnemo-langgraph. From Python, call the REST API directly. Install the SDK with `npm install getmnemo`, the CLI with `npm install -g getmnemo-cli`, or run the MCP server with `npx -y getmnemo-mcp`.
